Rabia qualified as a solicitor in September 2010 having completed her law degree at the University of Birmingham and her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law. Rabia possesses over 13 years experience as a qualified solicitor and specialises in residential and commercial property law. Rabia also has experience completing corporate transactions and offering private client legal services.
Rabia began her career as a Legal Assistant and has throughout the years progressed holding roles such as a Fee Earner, Technical Solicitor, Team Leader, Head of Conveyancing and Consultant Solicitor. Rabia now holds the role of Director and is the founder of Delorium. Alongside her role as a Director, Rabia also holds the following roles: COLP, COFA, MLRO, MLCO.
Rabia is passionate about providing sound legal advice along with delivering effective communication for her clients and says: “In the last decade I have seen the continuous needs and demands of individuals as well as businesses evolving by incorporating technological advances to provide better service levels in the property legal sector.
